01 / OPERATIONS

Production & MOQs

Detailed parameters governing our manufacturing cycles, custom housing development, and initial production run thresholds for global hardware brands.

Standard Production MOQs

Standard Production Lead Times

Customer-Supplied Component Policy

Our standard minimum order quantity starts at 1,000 units for existing platforms. Custom tooling or bespoke housing designs typically require 3,000 units depending on complexity.

Mass production runs typically ship within 30 to 45 days. This timeline begins immediately following final prototype approval and bill of materials verification.

We support customer-supplied critical components, provided they meet our strict incoming quality control standards and fit our automated assembly line feeders.

02 / COMPLIANCE

IP & Legal Standards

Intellectual Property Protection

Custom Tooling Ownership

Facility & Product Certifications

All projects are secured by bilateral non-disclosure agreements governed strictly by Hong Kong legal frameworks, ensuring enforceable trade secret protection globally.

The client retains full ownership of all custom molds and tooling once the development costs are fully paid. We store and maintain them in our facility.

Our facilities maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. All finished consumer electronics comply with CE, FCC, RoHS, and UL standards for global export.
